Mycebo sells open-label placebo capsules: the capsule contains microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), an inert pharmaceutical-grade filler in a vegan HPMC shell. The product is sold as a dietary supplement under DSHEA. It is not medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Each bottle ships with a custom-printed label bearing the intention phrase you provide, and a personal ritual site at takemycebo.com/u/{username}/{slug}generated for your intention. The ritual content is AI-generated.

Mycebo does not claim to improve, support, or affect any aspect of your physical or mental health. The placebo effect is well-documented in peer-reviewed research; the ritual and intention you bring to the practice are yours; the capsule is an inert physical anchor. If you have a medical condition, please work with a qualified healthcare provider. Mycebo is not a substitute for medical care, therapy, medication, or any clinical intervention.

When you provide an intention phrase, you grant Mycebo the right to display it on your personal ritual site, print it on your label, and use it to generate ritual content via our AI pipeline. You are responsible for what you write. We reserve the right to reject phrases that contain disease names, medical claims, threats, harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content. Our intake sanitizes input to remove non-letter characters and rewrites disease language before generation.

• Orders are accepted only from US-based shipping addresses.
• Each bottle is hand-assembled and labeled in our facility. Lead times vary.
• We ship via USPS unless otherwise noted at checkout.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays. We will reship at no cost for packages lost in transit (tracking confirms non-delivery).

Gift codes are personal, single-use unless otherwise specified, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to invalidate codes used in a way that violates these terms (sharing, resale, bulk-redemption attempts).

Mycebo capsules contain only microcrystalline cellulose and an HPMC shell — both widely used, food-safe materials with long safety records. They are inert. However: if you have allergies, sensitivities, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication, consult a healthcare provider before use. Use of Mycebo products is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mycebo and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Total liability for any claim related to a Mycebo product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

The Mycebo name, brand, site copy, and visual design are owned by us. Your intention phrase remains yours. The generated ritual content is provided to you for personal use; you may share it, but not commercially resell it as your own.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the gift code system, or pose a security risk. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Mycebo's operating entity is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in that state, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
